For the first time in 21 years, the annual Walmart Canada Patient Care Conference will be held entirely virtual. This unique and unprecedented format offers tremendous opportunities and prompts many questions. Detailed information on how to access and take full advantage of the virtual conference will be sent prior to the event. The below FAQ's offer a preliminary overview of what to expect:

CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE

Will I need to travel anywhere? 

No. The entire conference including live sessions, regional breakouts and vendor fair will be accessible from the comfort and safety of your home, from any device (such as computer or tablet) connected to the internet. You are expected to join the conference from your home (not the in-store terminal).

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I can't log on to the virtual platform. What do I do?

Your login information was emailed to you. If you cannot find the email, please contact your Walmart PPC Event Team.

The video stream is choppy.

Please close other browser window / tabs not in use and limit internet/WiFi usage on other devices to free up more bandwidth. 

 

I do not see the surveys come up during sessions.

Please check that pop up windows are allowed.
